The Lanterns
The Lanterns are a collection of nine high-end holiday apartments, nestled in the South Devon coastline in Hope Cove, located in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with direct access to the South West Coastal Path.

Karrageen
Karrageen Caravan and Camping Park lies in a beautiful valley surrounded by National Trust protected coastline on the southern tip of Devon. The pretty fishing village of Hope Cove, with its sandy beaches and rock pools is just one mile down the lane. Four miles away is the sailing Mecca of Salcombe, often described as the most beautiful estuary in England.
Marchand Petit
The Marchand Petit Estate Agents office in Kingsbridge was our first presence on the high street and opened in 1990 and swiftly became a recognised brand in the area. It houses our experienced and professional sales and lettings teams ready to sell or let your home – from a small apartment to a country house - or help you find your perfect home or second home in Kingsbridge or any of the surrounding villages.
A selection of villages served by this centrally located office include Thurlestone (on the coast with its fabulous sandy beaches) to the west, Slapton (on the stunning Start Bay) to the west, Loddiswell to the north (en route to the nearby A38 Devon Expressway) and West Alvington (gateway to Salcombe) to the south.

Ocean Reach
Ocean Reach Holiday Homes are situated on National Trust’s Bolberry Down, commanding 360 degree countryside and coastal views. Bolberry Down borders the stunning South West Coast Path with the sandy beaches of Soar Mill Cove and Hope Cove a short walk away. These new properties have been built on the site which was formerly the Port Light Hotel by Sean and Hazel Hassall who independently manage the holiday homes. The properties sleep a total of 12 people, they are pet friendly and have plenty of parking. The enclosed gardens are beneficial for children and pets, the balconies are ideal for al fresco dining whilst watching the sunset over Bigbury Bay.

We have over 500 self-catering holiday cottages located across South Devon including the famous harbour towns of Salcombe, Dartmouth, and the charming fishing village of Hope Cove. From romantic boltholes to large properties and luxury holiday homes with hot tubs, not to mention those that accept dogs, we have a range of humble abodes to suit your requirements.

Bolberry Farm Cottages
Bolberry Farm Cottages comprise of 3 traditional barn conversion cottages, sleeping a total of 16 guests. These multi-award winning, pet friendly cottages are ½ mile from the South West Coast Path and National Trust’s Bolberry Down. The picturesque thatched village of Hope Cove with its sandy beaches are also a short walk away. Each cottage has its own private, enclosed garden, perfect for pets and children. The cottages also benefit from plenty of off-road parking. Pets are welcome to stay free of charge.

Devon Cove Vodka
Devon Cove create award-winning Cove Vodka and liqueurs using King Edward potatoes, lovingly grown on their family farm overlooking Hope Cove. Their copper pot, single distilled vodka is handcrafted in an artisan distillery, made only from the finest ingredients, to ensure its smooth, luxurious taste.
They have been growing quality Devon potatoes in the Atlantic sea air for over 50 years and they love them! After many discussions around the dinner table about the different ways you can cook and enjoy potatoes they decided to take things a step further and make potato vodka.
They found that using the finest Devon potatoes and Devon spring water combined with small batch traditional copper pot distillation creates a distinctly smooth and delicious vodka that captures the essence of our county. Who doesn’t love the sea and fresh home-grown food?
